Wild Goose Qi Gong with Susanti

Qi Gong is a gentle martial arts exercise, which focuses on flexibility through breathing and awareness. Being a medical Qi Gong, most of the movements are meridian based. The Wild goose Qi Gong is an elegant form, intricate but gentle, and most of all, full of joy and fun!

Susanti Cai has been a licensed acupuncturist since 2007. She has been practicing medical Qi Gong since 1997 and is a disciple of Dr. Bingkun Hu, who has been practicing medical Qi Gong for nearly 60 years.

Class will begin on Tuesday June 7th

Tuesdays 6:15 pm- $5

Yoga with Jenny

Jenny completed yoga teacher training with Dave and Cheryl Oliver in Scottsdale at Authentic Yoga Teacher Training in Scottsdale. Her interest in yoga began early on as a high school student with a yoga home video. Even then, she used to encourage her friends to, "Step into their body." Jenny attended her first yoga class in 1994; with her first chant of "om," she was enraptured. She has pursued many physical programs over the years, including dance, aerobics, and pilates, but always returned to yoga—eventually realizing that yoga was her true home. She hopes to spread the joy of yoga and the peace of mind that it can bring. She feels it is the best exercise program for cleansing both body and mind. The second Yoga Sutra tells us, "Yogash chitta vritti nirodhah." This translates as, "Yoga calms the whirling of the mind." Please join Jenny in her journey with a Yoga Basics class. Each class will move at the pace best suited for the attendees with adaptations presented leaving no one behind. Come join us in a Meditation in Motion :)
